Prices and PoliciesLesson FeesPotomac Falls Music offers lessons in thirty-minute, forty-five minute, and one-hour sessions. Please call 703.433.2238 or email lessons@potomacfallsmusic.com for our current rates. Payment for the coming month is expected by the due date that appears on your monthly invoice. Your monthly invoice will be sent to you via email attachment. Please make checks payable to PFM (Potomac Falls Music) and send to our office through the mail system. We will allow a grace period. Payments received after the 20th of each month will automatically incur a $15.00 late fee. Potomac Falls Music Reserves the right to raise tuition rates. We will recommend specific method and theory books for particular levels and genres of music and will be happy to deliver these books during lessons. The cost of these books will be added to that month's invoice. Cancellation PolicyWe require a 24-hour cancellation notice before missing any scheduled lesson, or you will be billed for that lesson. If a cancellation should
occur with the proper 24-hour notification, every effort will be made to
find a mutually convenient make-up lesson time, otherwise the lesson will be Our instructors will wait no longer than 10 minutes in the case of a “no-show.” Potomac Falls Music observes the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Lessons will be held on all other holidays. Please give proper notice if you wish to cancel lessons on any holiday not listed. Potomac Falls Music does not cancel lessons due to school closings or delays. Please contact the office if you wish to cancel or change schedules during a school closing or delay and every effort will be made to accommodate your request. Should you wish to terminate lessons with Potomac Falls Music, we do require 2 weeks notice. Exceptions to the 24-hour cancellation policy include:
Emergencies do not include: Potomac Falls Music reserves the right
to dismiss the student from lessons for any of the following reasons: Instructors are also required to give 24-hour notice and are subject to the same terms and conditions. Students and parents must consent and understand policy obligations and sign the policy acceptance sheet. Please return this document with your first payment.
